Abu Dhabi already runs its government on AI

Abu Dhabi has implemented an AI-native government platform called TAMM that automates citizen services like ID renewal and bill payments. The system uses AI to proactively manage tasks and improve government responsiveness, backed by significant state investment and strategic planning since 2017. This centralized AI governance model is enabled by the emirate's unique political structure and aims to position the UAE as a global AI hub by 2031.
