Autopsy of an N=1 Cybernetic Therapy: Multimodal AI for Grief (Case Report)

A 42-year-old healthcare professional created a four-phase multimodal AI therapy pipeline, the Onkyo Protocol, to manage severe grief and attachment loss after marital separation. This autoethnographic case study explores the therapeutic role of AI hallucinations and system latency as reality-grounding mechanisms during recovery.
