Claude can now tell you that you use Claude too much

Anthropic has introduced Reflect, a new beta feature for its chatbot Claude that tracks and summarizes users' interaction patterns over various time frames. Unlike typical usage summaries, Reflect encourages digital wellbeing by suggesting breaks, quiet hours, and prompting reflection on usage habits. It also offers personalized tips to improve efficiency based on an AI Fluency Framework, while maintaining user privacy by excluding incognito chats and connected files.
