Creating with Sora Safely

Meta has discontinued the original Sora product as of April 26, 2026, and now offers Sora 2 and the Sora app for video generation with built-in safety features. These include visible and invisible provenance signals, strict consent-based controls for image-to-video generation involving real people, and character-based likeness management with user control over access and usage.
