Google DeepMind has introduced agentic video understanding in its Gemini 3.7 Flash, 3.6 Flash, and 3.5 Flash-Lite models, enhancing video analysis accuracy while significantly cutting token usage and costs. This feature dynamically processes video content, enabling faster retrieval and more precise detection capabilities, and is accessible via the Gemini API in Google AI Studio and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
