NetworkManager Works to Enforce AI Policy by Tricking AI Agents to Add a Canary

The NetworkManager project has implemented a policy requiring authors to fully understand their submitted code and introduced a unique canary word, "biblioklept," in commit messages to detect and block AI-generated patches that violate this policy.
