Persistent memory for eve agents

Eve agents now support persistent memory across sessions, enabling them to retain and use context in future interactions. Memory is organized into named slots with configurable providers and scopes, such as per authenticated user. Built-in file memory provider stores data persistently, with additional support for other providers and custom integrations.
