Round Hill Sues Suno, Anthropic — Illegally Scraped Music Isn't Fair Use

Round Hill Music has filed two lawsuits against Suno and Anthropic, alleging unauthorized use of its copyrighted music and lyrics to train AI models. The suits claim the defendants scraped music without licenses, seeking damages exceeding $1 billion. Round Hill controls over 14,000 compositions and 16,000 recordings, including famous songs, and plans to expand the case to thousands more works.
