xAI sues a man for using Grok to generate CSAM ‘deepfakes’

xAI is suing Terry Wayne Harwood for allegedly using its Grok AI chatbot to generate and distribute child sexual abuse material by bypassing safeguards and creating nonconsensual deepfake images.
