Etched, a US AI chip startup, raised new funding from SK Hynix, reaching a $10.3B valuation to develop custom processors optimized for AI inference workloads. Their chips use Low Voltage Inference and Cluster Scale Memory to improve power efficiency and memory access over conventional GPUs.
