Nscale, a London-based AI cloud infrastructure firm, is negotiating to raise up to $3.5 billion before its US IPO, including $1.5 billion from Third Point and $2 billion from Nvidia. Its contracts have surged to about $103 billion, mainly due to a $45 billion deal with Anthropic, which Microsoft and Google declined. The company projects illustrative annual revenue of $18.1 billion and adjusted earnings of $13.6 billion, with recent quarterly revenue surpassing $100 million.
