Anthropic has committed $45 billion over six years to rent AI computing capacity from British company Nscale's West Virginia data center, utilizing Nvidia's Vera Rubin chips. This deal is the largest in Nscale's $51 billion contracted revenue backlog and precedes Nscale's planned US IPO.
