Ban on Chinese robots leaves U.S. startups stranded

The U.S. Federal Communications Commission has banned foreign-made advanced robotic devices, requiring robots sold in the U.S. to be assembled domestically with increasing percentages of U.S.-made components. This policy, seen as targeting China, challenges robotics startups that rely on Chinese supply chains, leaving them uncertain about how to comply and manufacture commercially viable robots in the U.S.
