Google’s latest AI weather model gives you no excuse to forget your umbrella

Google DeepMind and Google Research have launched WeatherNext 3, an AI weather forecasting model that outperforms leading AI and traditional forecasts in accuracy and resolution. It predicts weather variables at a finer 5km scale and will integrate into Google products like Search, Maps, and Gemini, also available on Google Cloud for users and researchers.
