Japan eyes introducing U.S.-made AI into SDF operations, command

Concurrently, Japan plans to deploy domestic AI solutions such as Sakana Fugu to maintain autonomy and balance reliance on foreign technology, while addressing concerns over AI's military use and human oversight.
