The DataOne AI data center in Vineland, New Jersey, backed by Microsoft and Nebius, has been found operating dozens of large gas-powered generators without the required permits. Thermal drone footage revealed at least 45 of 62 generators running simultaneously, raising legal and environmental concerns due to pollution and noise near local schools.
