Microsoft Teams will now let you really show off how good you are at your job — but it might make your co-workers cringe

Microsoft Teams will introduce badges on profile cards to display users' awards and certifications, enhancing visibility of skills across Teams and Outlook. This feature, in development, is expected to launch globally on Windows and Mac in September 2026.
