MUFG aims to become AI-native with OpenAI

MUFG, a major Japanese financial group, is partnering with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT Enterprise across Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, enabling 35,000 employees to use AI in daily operations starting in 2026. This initiative aims to transform MUFG into an AI-native company by embedding AI into workflows and customer services with a focus on security and broad applicability.
