Nscale Buys Anyscale to Move Up the AI Compute Stack

Nscale, an AI cloud operator with its own data centers and power generation, is acquiring Anyscale, the company behind the Ray distributed-computing framework, to add a workload orchestration layer atop its GPU infrastructure. The acquisition will integrate Anyscale's 200 employees and maintain its existing customer base, enhancing Nscale's AI compute stack and operational efficiency.
