Nscale Closes $3B in Term Loans

Nscale secured about $3 billion in senior secured term loans to fund GPU infrastructure and upgrades at its AI data centers in Ward County, Texas, and Madison, North Carolina. The Texas facility will deploy NVIDIA GB300 and VR200 systems for 275 MW IT load, while the North Carolina site involves retrofitting an existing colocation center with 40 MW capacity. J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs led the financing arrangements.
