OpenAI and Malta partner to bring ChatGPT Plus to all citizens

OpenAI and Malta have partnered to provide all Maltese citizens with free one-year access to ChatGPT Plus after completing an AI literacy course developed by the University of Malta. The initiative aims to equip citizens with practical AI skills and promote responsible AI use. The program will begin in May and is managed by the Malta Digital Innovation Authority.
