SpaceX and Tesla plan to invest $16.8 billion in TeraFab, a massive semiconductor factory in Texas expected to exceed 100 million square feet, supporting chips for space, vehicles, and robotics. Elon Musk claims it could be 50 times the size of the Pentagon, making it one of the largest buildings globally. Intel is also involved, with production using Intel's 14A process technology.
