Fi’s new collar taps Starlink’s direct-to-cell to track dogs off the grid

Fi has launched the Fi Ultra, the first dog collar tracker using Starlink's direct-to-cell satellite network, enabling pet tracking beyond mobile tower coverage. The collar costs $199 plus a subscription and offers up to three months of battery life with machine learning to optimize power use.
