OpenAI plans to invest $750 billion in infrastructure through 2030, including a $20 billion data center campus in Georgia called Project Camellia. The project will draw significant power from Georgia Power, which is expanding its natural gas capacity to meet demand. OpenAI will receive tax abatements and aims to manage power usage during peak grid demand.
