Southeast Asia is planning four times the data centre capacity it runs

Southeast Asia currently operates 306 data centres with 173 more planned, nearly quadrupling capacity. Malaysia leads with over 6 GW planned, driven by lower energy costs and tax incentives despite recent tariff hikes aimed at greening the sector.
