Uber has launched the UK's first robotaxi service in London with 15 autonomous Ford Mustang electric vehicles equipped with Wayve's AI driving technology. Each vehicle has a human safety driver onboard, and rides cost the same as standard Uber trips. The service will gradually expand over several years amid competition from Waymo and Baidu.
