Why humanoid robots won’t catch up to human workers any time soon

Humanoid robots have made impressive advances, such as Tesla's Optimus serving drinks and robots performing martial arts and running faster than humans. However, experts note that simple tasks like picking up objects remain challenging, and some demonstrations rely on human teleoperation. Thus, widespread replacement of human workers by humanoid robots is not imminent.
